Stay Challenged

Tips to Stay Healthy and Engaged

Encourage your kids to write their own story.

Health: Any time we are using computer screens, it is healthy to take multiple breaks multiple. These breaks help our brains, eyes and even our muscles! Take a quick walk around your home or quickly jog in place. How long you can hold a plank position? Time yourself!

Communication: Remember to enjoy conversations with your child! Ask questions about which games they choose and why. What are they learning about in school? What do they think about it? Ask if they can teach you how to play a game. Have your children ask you questions too! Create goals and challenges individually and together.
