Wellpoint Care Network to Host 3rd Annual Diaper Drive for Dads
MILWAUKEE (November 3, 2025) — Wellpoint Care Network has partnered with the Milwaukee Diaper Mission to host our 3rd annual ‘Diapers for Dads’ collection and distribution event.
As our organization celebrates 175 years of service and impact, our goal this year is to collect 17,500 diapers so that we can supply 175 dads with 100 diapers each.
“It’s a meaningful way to celebrate our history while uplifting the dads who make such a difference in their families’ lives,” said Andrew Bonner, Community Partnerships and Volunteer Coordinator at Wellpoint Care Network. “This is a significantly larger goal than in years past, but we believe we can get there with help from the community.”
This event is only possible because of generous donations. We will be collecting diapers, wipes, and unwrapped holiday toys throughout the month of November at Wellpoint Care Network (8901 W. Capitol Dr.). Please note that collection will take place during business hours only.
All donations are appreciated and will then be distributed to Milwaukee area dads at an event at Wellpoint Care Network on Friday, December 12.
“Fathers are often overlooked when it comes to community support,” added Bonner. “As a father myself, I understand how tough it can be to find resources and feel seen while trying to better yourself. This event is a reminder that dads matter, that they’re valued, and that help is out there for them too.”
