Join Wellpoint Care Network at Outreach Community Health Centers (220 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212) for this FREE event that offers families support and resources to ensure students have everything they need to thrive this school year.
School children in attendance are eligible to receive a brand-new backpack filled with school supplies on a first-come, first-served basis. Come early; limited quantities available.
