Wellness is important to us. Wellpoint Care encourages employees to take care of their own well-being. We offer a generous leave program based on length of service and position. Wellpoint Care Network offers several health insurances options to help meet the medical needs of our staff.
All of our plans utilize the same, broad network.
We also offer a Health Savings Account for those staff who enroll in a qualifying plan. If the employee contributes to that account, Wellpoint Care will also contribute to that account on a quarterly basis.
Critical Illness and/or Accident Protection Plan
Independent of our medical insurance, the Critical Illness Plan and the Accident Protection Plan are available to help reimburse members if they are diagnosed with a critical illness or are in a non-work-related accident
Coverage includes $1,000 for orthodontics for dependent children under the age of 19.
Enrollees have access to a large network of vision care providers and optical retailers.
Employees may establish a pre-tax savings account for dependent care and/or medical care in accordance with IRS annual contribution limits.

Employees are eligible to contribute to the Wellpoint Care Network 403(b) retirement plan immediately upon starting. After completing one year of service, they become eligible for the company’s generous matching plan.
