Very Few of Us Can Thrive Alone

If you fear being stuck and not knowing where to start, you are not alone. We believe you should have the freedom to thrive. Whether an individual or a member of a family, the head of a household or living on your own, there are services here to help adults tear down barriers and build up stability.

As a community-facing organization, we are also members of the community. While everyone has their own reasons for seeking help, there are some common challenges among adults who seek help at Wellpoint Care Network. For some it’s a struggle with mental health or past traumas. For others, it might be navigating life challenges such as finding housing or a good job.

When adversities pile up, it can be a real barrier to reach your full potential. What’s worse, you may have been given the impression that you don’t matter. At Wellpoint Care, nothing could be farther from the truth.
